Commercial Cooking Equipment Service Technician (Experienced)

Sign-On Bonus Up to $12,000 for experienced techs
$26 - $55 per hour, based on experience
Experienced commercial cooking equipment technician needed. This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, field service, and supporting commercial kitchens when equipment goes down. Prior hot-side experience and on-call readiness are expected.

What You’ll Be Doing: 
 
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking equipment including fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more
  • Managing service calls independently from diagnosis through completion
  • Delivering professional, high-quality service to commercial customers
  • Communicating clearly with customers, dispatch, managers, and internal teams
  • Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations
  • Identifying additional service or repair opportunities while onsite
  • Maintaining your service vehicle and managing parts inventory
  • Completing required documentation and attending training sessions
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For: 
 
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience servicing and troubleshooting commercial cooking equipment in the field 
  • Strong electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound repair decisions
  • Ready to join the on-call rotation shortly after onboarding 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and well-organized
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screen
  • Driving record that meets company safety standards
